Bill started making professional Tesla Coils under the company name "Professional Sound Systems, Ultra High Voltage Division" and later "Tesla Technology Research". He was based out of Monrovia, CA for many decades. He was also a professional sound engineer, record master, and Aerospace engineer. In his time he built the largest Tesla Coils in the world.
